Doctor Khvoynitskiy graduated from the Sechenov First Moscow Medical Institute, specializing in medical business. After training, he worked at the therapy faculty of the Central Institute for Advanced Training of Doctors in the directions: cardiology, resuscitation, internal illnesses, functional diagnostics.
In 1993, he moved to Germany where he received the degree of doctor of medicine and expert doctor in internal illnesses. Since 1995, he held the position of medical director at the Boehringer Ingelheim pharmaceutical company. From 2002, he was a privately practicing therapist doctor in Cologne. In Germany, Doctor Khvoynitskiy became a professor of the European Academy of Natural Sciences, and he is a correspondent member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
In 2010 he returned to Russia and joined the ЕМС team of doctors.
His main medical directions: internal illnesses, cardiology, pulmonology, functional diagnostics.
